Terms & Conditions

1. Tattoo Bookings & Sessions

All tattoo sessions must be booked in advance. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of your appointment to verify you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

2. Deposits (Non-Refundable)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any tattoo appointment. This deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so, or failing to show up for your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Digital Gift Cards (Mikka Coin - MKC)

Mikka Coins (MKC) are digital gift cards that can be used towards the cost of a tattoo session. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. MKC balances do not expire.

4. Digital Flash Designs

Purchasing a digital flash design secures your right to have that design tattooed by Mikka. The purchase price acts as a deposit for the session. Flash designs are non-refundable and cannot be claimed by another person once purchased.

5. Health & Safety

You must inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process or healing. You will be required to sign a consent and waiver form before any procedure begins.
